Interior Design Leader

- Working Office: At HCM Offce (Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Dist.3, HCM)
- Working time:
Monday to Friday (08h30 – 17h30)
Saturday (08h30 – 12h00)
- Manage 3 staff of Design Dept. who can do 3D renders, shop drawings.
- Lead concept design and supervise for the design process from conceptual phase, 3D renders, selecting materials, shop drawings, ensuring the design idea is consistent and properly executed.
- Double check the shop drawings at site with contractors, do marking before installation, checking the installation when the work is delivered
- Communicates with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirements and provides support as necessary
- Present project design & materials to clients
- Plan, Supervise & check the tasks and time of the each team member in order to ensure the project is delivered in time

- Male, over 30 years old
- Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DsMAx, Photoshop, MS Office
- At Least 4 years experience at the same field
- Must be able to communicate in English effective
- Proactive, good communication skills, good management skills, passionate in deliver a good design and quality of interior work
