JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Optimize factory capacity in tactical horizon to support customer request with best flexibility and cost. Understand/partner with the other factories in the network for optimization.
2. Drive equipment and collateral purchase decision.
3. Drive stakeholder alignment to better develop capacity strategies to support dynamic business situation. Anticipate changes, have proactive approach to manage change.
4. Quick turn data analysis & recommendations from accurate/efficient capacity systems & processes capabilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Electrical/ Electronics or relevant fields.
- Work experience in capacity planning is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning.
- Have a Lean mindset to standardize and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA Macro programming is an advantage
- Have good spoken and written English
- Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to tolerate ambiguity, pay attention to details and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Work experience in capacity planning is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning.
