Mô tả công việc
• Monitor the performance of the IAAS staff through defined integrity related processes (such as Phone call audits, Surprise Factory Visits, Mystery audits, CTC audits).
• Monitor the inspection / audit results on a periodic basis and analyze the trend for further review / investigation of suspicious inputs.
• Develop and deliver Integrity related workshops / seminars to external stakeholders in Cambodia.
• Develop and deliver refresher / training workshops for CPS personnel on BV Integrity principles.
• Develop the inter-relationship between BV and its vendors / factories.
• Manage and maintain upto date records of all information in regard to integrity and share with management as appropriate.
• Prepare Integrity Incident Notification Report to Client whenever Inspectors/auditors feed back factory’s integrity issues through JCS.
• Investigate integrity issues covering CPS as and when assigned.
• Provide assistance to establishment, maintenance and improvement of integrity workflows inline with ISO9001 /17020 / 17025 and BVCPS Group policy & procedures.
• Handle other jobs assigned by the Regional Integrity Manager and Supervisor.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• High level of integrity
• Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience in an apparel industry or other 3rd party companies and in a position of a supervisor / Asst. supervisor level.
• Preferable if possess basic experience in Compliance audits and QMS
• Good communication skills (oral and written) in English and local language
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and proven project management capabilities.
• Systematic, methodical and logical approach to problem solving.
• Superior attention to detail with ability to analyze and problem solving, and follow-up with solutions in a time sensitive environment.
• Proven skills and abilities to effectively coordinate work assignments at all levels within the Company and with outside services and organizations.
• Self-motivated with energy and drive to deliver effective outcomes
• Proficient in computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus, Word.
