- Position Overview
To ensure all activities of Underwriting (especially Medical Underwriting & Reinsurance processes) and Other tasks assigned by the reporting line to comply with Corporation philosophy and NBU guidelines/ process/ regulations based on principle of delivering Best Practice with remaining competitive, fair risk assessment based on sound and profitable underwriting
Ensuring Underwriting/ Re-underwriting activities and quality to meet the objectives of the Corporation and company goals
- Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Handle Underwriting (include Loading, EXC, Postpone, Decline cases) in active manner, accuracy and effectiveness;
2. Perform Re-insurance process for cases over Aviva’s Authority acceptance limit (included SA/ Loading/ EXC limit…)
3. Handle Claim re-underwriting process, POS re-underwriting process with timing, accuracy & effectiveness;
4. Participating in pending control and closing pending review to ensure the business is maximized in balance with risk management;
5. Solving requirements & complaints related to operations of team;
6. Setting up and monitoring operations of Medical Service Centers & Panel doctors to reach Department objectives
7. Effectively building and maintaining relationship with other related sections/department & outsiders (if any) to effectively handle all job assigned;
8. Duties as and when assigned by leader to meet the Objectives of Division and the company.
