Insurance Contract Staff

A. Purpose

This position is to assist Senior Planning & Control Team Leader (PIC of Insurance Team) to ensure Insurance coverage and clauses in NSRP bidding and contract.

B. Responsibility

Insurance Contract Staff is responsible for:
* Optimizing the insurance clauses in the current Insurance Policies with service providers and customers in NSRP;
* Being in charge of technical View of Insurance Matter during all NSRP bidding and signing the contract activities
* Establishing Budget and Procurement Plan for Insurance Policies, Local Agreement, Broker Agreement, and Lenders’ Insurance Advisor Agreement.
* Supporting in arranging Market Roadshow in International Insurance Market.
* Supporting in implementing Bidding Insurance Program
* Supporting in arranging Engineering Site Survey and follow up the finding, observations, recommendations after the survey
* Supporting in arranging Business Interruption Site Survey
* Supporting in arranging Risk Engineering Survey

1. Educational Level : University graduated or above

2. Work Experience:
* Min 2 years experiences in energy, petrochemical and/or industry area.
* Preferred to have experiences of working for international company and/or joint venture project

3. Specialty/Qualification: University graduated or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics area

4. Skills :
* Familiar with energy/petrochemical and/or industry area
* Knowledge and experience on Loss assessment, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics area.
* Experience of working or liaising with international company/organizations
* Good administrative skills and interpersonal skills, including team working, liaison and ability to be persuasive when progress-chasing other staff and managers
* Good communication skills, including cultural sensitivity and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive information
* Excellent written, including ability to draft correspondence in English
* Fluent communication in English
* Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
