Job Description
• Negotiate and settle claims with authorized insurance company.
• Manage claims proactively.
• Notify new claims and accurately validate cover.
• Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of policy liability as well as regulatory requirements in relation to employer's liability claims.
• Be able to work under pressure and prioritize workloads to achieve plan.
• Be able to work on your own and as part of a team to deliver results.
• Maintain customers/ patients by providing customer services
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Diploma/ Degree in Bachelor of English, Business Administration Management or Insurance.
• Sufficient previous experiences in job related.
• Good communication in both English language and Vietnamese.
