Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible for maintaining the Instrument equipment and facilities in the process units /utilities & offsites to the required operational safety and efficiency by providing technical support in terms of carrying repair, modify and rectify systems and components faults in accordance with the client’s procedures and specifications as well as guiding junior maintenance technicians in their development.
2. Identifying potential hazard and risk associated with the routine maintenance activities and to perform Job Hazard Analysis with supervisors, contractor and process operators prior commencement of work.
3. Identifying equipment, systems and component faults and carrying out problem solving and decision analysis.
4. Installation and maintenance of flow instruments and sensors, level instruments, pressure instruments, temperature devices, final control elements valves & positioners, gas and flame detectors and auxiliary instruments such as vibration probes, limit switches, load cells, etc.
5. Using of measuring or calibrating tools / instruments such as multimeter, voltage tester, electronic oscilloscope, etc.
6. Performing routine preventive maintenance of instrument systems and equipment such as meter proving, calibration checks, cleaning of sensors, etc.
7. Maintenance and trouble-shooting of equipment in control loops, fault detections, loop checks and failure analysis.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Good University degree in Automation, Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognised college or university.
2. At least 5 years experience in maintenance work in Oil & Gas, refinery or petrochemical plants.
3. Being able to provide guidance and quality control as instrument work leader.
4. Having basic knowledge and practical skills in measuring units, methods of measuring physical quantity (direct measuring, indirect measuring).
5. Having knowledge and practical skills in types and inspection methods, standards and measuring instruments (reference current generator, reference resistor, reference differential pressure generator, reference thermometer, reference weight)
6. Having knowledge and practical skills in types and inspection methods for measuring instruments for transaction certification (flow meter, balance, truck scale, tank level gauge)
7. Understanding piping work, electrical wiring work, explosion proofing work, painting work, hot/ cold insulation work.
8. Being able to prepare, instruct and guide on instrument work preparation and work execution.
9. Understanding international and local regulations, standards, specifications and rules.
10. Good inter-personal and English communication skills, team work player.
