Installation Supervisor

Overview (Objective of the Position)
- Direct responsible for the quality of the installation of Easy Home products.
- Set up, training and develop Easy Home Installation team.
- Help team leader train and assign tasks.
- Be the key contact with Stone -subcontractor and all related internal departments to make Easy Home installation process goes smoothly.
- Support After Sales Service Manager in resolving urgent cases.
- Support customers enthusiastically.

Description of Key Responsibilities
Easy Home Technical Team
– Lead & manage Easy Home installation technical team to ensure the installation process goes smoothly.
– Lead & manage Easy Home installation technical team and follow company procedures and policies.
– Deliver training to technicians on new products & recommend solutions for technical requests.
– Regularly update product knowledge about technical specifications.
– Provide technical support: installation instruction based on technical specifications, how to handle common errors…

Internal Customer
– Prepare installation/repair reports, which records working progress & result, with customer’s signature.
– Coordinate with Warehouse and Workshop for smooth implementation

External Customer
– Resolve requests from customers.
– Provide the most suitable solutions to fit customers’ needs.
– Instruct customers regarding products’ operation and care, and provide information such as emergency service numbers.

Studio Partner
– Consult and test for installation errors that may directly affect Easy Home products
– Work with sellers regarding product changes & updates
– Supervise the implementation of the Sub contractor

– College or University Graduation.
– Major in Carpenter, Interior Design or any technical/ engineering field.
- Minimum 3 year experiences in kitchen installation & interior work
– Product: Knowledge of reading technical specifications, drawings and models.
– Construction: Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction, repairing of furniture, houses, buildings.
– Quality Control Analysis: Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
– Product Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
– Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
– Knowledge of machines and tools: including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
– Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
