Innovation Manufacturing Excellent Engineer

- Actively search, find out, lead & deploy new manufacturing technology specialized in garment industry
- Govern manufacturing excellence activities by evaluating gaps and pinpointing solutions, delivering continuous improvement expertise and services
- Develop, implement, and maintain methods, jigs, fixtures, operation sequence and processes in sewing lines
- Support the establishment of systems to measure and drive for production and quality target to ensure production performance in all areas
- Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards and make recommendations for tooling, add-ons and process requirements
- Identify improvement opportunity for sewing lines, identify needs and propose recommendations to improve innovation, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction
- Manage manufacturing engineering related projects as required
- Set up Innovation project standards. Examine and deal with technical and financial contract details from suppliers
- Do Project Management: set up project charter, collect user requirement, execute project planning, track project execution and implementation and follow up with project closure

- Engineering Degree relevant equivalent experience in production, supply chain management, project management
- Demonstrate ability to lead, coach, engage and develop teams
- Integrity and courage
- Positive and “Can do” attitude
- LEAN/Six Sigma experience/knowledge
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, analytical skills.
- Good in English
