We are looking for an Innovation Manager, who will champion organisational innovation and improve our innovative capabilities whilst facilitating innovation. Ultimately this will result in unique and innovative products and services that help our customers shine.

- Interpret business strategy and determine innovations supporting the strategy
- Design, research, develop, analyse and suggest new product / service concepts as well as strategies and subsequently ensure their realization
- Develop high-performance atmosphere
- Lead and direct different cross-functional programs and projects
- Being a positive change agent driving innovation and Kaizen
- Acting as evangelist for innovation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Ability to inspire and motivate people
- Excellent proven verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Great team building and organisational skills
- Minimum 5 years working experience ideally in product management
- Endless curiosity and the ability to generate innovative and creative ideas
- Degree in IT, Marketing or a related field
