Injection Molding Supervisor

* Implement the production plan, complete the production tasks ensuring time and quantity.
* Follow closely to solving Production issues.
* Distribute and coordinate Production resources
* Be responsible for product test, transfer and new product development within department
* Deliver training to subordinates for product specifications, machines/dies specifications and lines controls, kaizens, zero defects, QC tools;
* Continuously improve the production process, production efficiency, reduce production cost
* Manage and maintain 6S of production site
* Other task as assigned by Superiors

- Graduates from College, University
- Good communication in English or Japanese
- Good knowledge at molding processes, maintenance processes;
- Be able to analyse and detect defects, problem solving and Measurement instrument operation skills;
- Supervision skill
- Language: good English or Japanese
