Injection Molding Operation Manager ( Bộ Phận Đúc Nhựa)

1. In charge of the injection plant operation ( Less than 40 people on the beginning ) in a Malaysia City for 1 year and transfer back to Bac Ninh, Vietnam after 1 year or so.
2. Responsible for daily smoothly operation and injection line transferring in future. Responsible for Bac Ninh injection line setting up.
3. Ensure on time delivery, improve operation efficiency, improve productivity, lower cost, reduce waste and consumption rate, reduce quality loss to minimum.
4. Ensure safety production, maintain good HSE, implement TPM, improve OEE, implement LEAN production, drive continuous improvement

1. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years ‘ injection Molding experience, must be very familiar with injection machines, process, tooling, Must be able to setting machine, tooling by himself . Rich experience in troubleshooting and finding root causes of failure.
2. The successful candidate must have automotive industry working experience
3. At least 2 years’ Management experience. Can lead a group of Associates, be able to handle multiple complex priorities, and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. The ideal candidate would also have a sound practical knowledge of TPS, LEAN or 6Sigma
