Infrastructure Coordinator

Report to: ICT Manager
Work location: Ecopark Township, Van Giang, Hung Yen

Job Objective:
- Responsible for maintaining and development of IT infrastructure for entire organisation, data integrity and security policies, user support and training
- Assist ICT manager in other infrastructure related fields and activities.

Key responsibilities:
• System configuration (Linux, Windows servers, Network, PABX, VoIP)
• Configure, maintain, support and provide training on Audio/Visual (AV) system
• Support install, configure, maintain IT infrastructure
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of network, workstations and associated systems
• Monitor system performance and report if there is any abnormal
• Apply new application and network security program
• Co-operate with expert members for checking, upgrading or system deployment
• Establish and document standards and procedures
• Provide day-to-day support for users and organise training sessions.

• University degree in IT/CS or related field
• English communication proficiency in reading, writing, listening and speaking
• In depth Knowledge in one or more technical areas of competency:
o Infrastructure/Data Center design
o Application solution deployment
o System deployment and configuration
• Systems: Servers, OS (Linux, Windows server), Virtualisation, SAN/NAS
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration: Roles, Features, IIS, DNS, Remote Desktop Service, Certification Authority, Active Directory, Group Policy, Firewall, …
• Networking: Switches, Wifi systems, Router, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Experienced in System infrastructure deployment and consultant
• Experience on any programming language for scripting and automation of routine tasks
• At least 3 year experience in System engineering fields
• Experience in IT system deployment projects.
• Overall good skills in problem analysing and solving, system design and architecture
• Ability to debug and provide timely solutions during system crisis
• Documentation and presentation skill
• Good communication skills
• Open to learn new technologies
