As an infrastructure supervisor at DEEP C MANAGEMENT, DEEP C’s overall service supplier, you act as infrastructure inspector and play an important role in ensuring proper additional works and renovation works for Infrastructure & Civil and Utility system. Together with the team you set out clear requirements for civil workers; and do daily inspections of activities on site.
Whenever anomalies or irregular actions are spotted, to coordinate action to solve. You report directly to the Facilities Manager.
• To be part of the Park Operations Facilities team
• To implement and supervise for additional works and renovation works for Infrastructure & Civil and Utility system
• To prepare the schedule, works method, design drawing and specification for Additional and renovation works
• To report to the Facilities Manager
• To prepare Auto cad Drawing & Design for approval
• To prepare, create and supervise preventive, corrective and reactive tasks in MCS
• To manage & supervise 10~ 20 civil workers.
• To check the contractor’s quotation, specification and construction method for renovation works
• To support other departments
• To identify safety risks, propose the countermeasures and supervise the implementation.
• To prepare description, specification, make daily, weekly & monthly report
• To be assigned other jobs by Facilities Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from University, major in relevant fields (civil construction, engineering, etc.)
• Ideally, you have experience at least one year in similar job
• Technical knowledge is preferred.
• You stay calm in stressful situations
• You can understand procedures; you can follow and are able to correct others
• You are reliable & mature
• You can perform as a team leader
• You can communicate in a mature and clear way (Vietnamese, English is not required but is a plus)
• Strong eye for detail
