IT Application Systems Management
1. Understand the business processes and work with the system users to provide improvements to the processes using the systems.
2. Keep contact with third party software vendors in maintenance of software and renewal of licenses.
3. Support operating system.
4. In charge of new application program installation, and providing training and guidance on how to use the new software.
Network operation system and telephone system maintenance and management with Asia IS team
1. Responsible for all IT infrastructure components.
2. L2/L3/L4 Switch installation, set-up, and operation.
3. In charge of desktops, laptops, internal and external networks, firewall, Wi-Fi, etc.
4. Responsible for all hardware and software components supporting the office productivity tools for associates.
5. In charge of Cisco phone system management.
Provide IT Help desk support to users for all hardware and software
Coordinate for all IT security
Provide technical support to internal customers
Document and issue local IT policies for the local business unit
Provide proper IT training to relevant associates in order to improve working efficiency
Ensures the management of our IT Assets
Participate in IS project as required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 2-3 years IT system support
• Excellent communication skill
• Proven problem solving skill
• Excellent time management skill
• Intermediate MS Suite experience
• Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese
