Information Security Manager (Hanoi)

- Define the strategy based on that to establish and maintain the information security program.
- Identify, manage requirements and establish, maintain processes and resources (people and technologies) to execute the security program.
- Establish and maintain security standards, guidelines, procedures
- Integrate information security requirements into organizational processes to maintain the organization's security strategy.
- Govern third party on information security adaptation.
- Establish, monitor and analyze program management and operational metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the information security program
- Identify, recommend and implement appropriate risk treatment/response options to manage risk.
- Develop/maintain/implement incident response plan/processes to ensure an effective and timely respons/ indentification to information security incidents
- Establish, monitor, evaluate and report key information security metrics to provide management with accurate and meaningful information regarding the effectiveness of the information security strategy
- Determine and assign tasks to team members and ensure the quality level on delivery,SLA compliance, and KPI achievement.

- University degree in IT, Computer Mathematics or related subjects.
- Certificate on server administration(Microsoft Servers, clusters, domain controller… )/Security control (CCSP/CCSE, GSEC, ISO27000, CEH, Security+).
- Minimum 7 years experiences on system administrative with strong experience on security protection, minimum 2 years on management position.
- Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2008R2, 2012, Active Directory and -,- -Group Policy administration. Experience with capacity planning, performance tuning and metrics analysis
- Experience with multiple storage vendors (Dell, Hitachi, EMC) and connectivity (iSCSI, FC, NFS)
- Strong knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V and other virtualization technologies
- Deep knowledge of firewall, load balancer, security model
- Strong experience with DHCP, DNS, RDS and Certificate Services
- Solid experience in supporting windows environments with expert level understanding on various operating system internals, clustering, HA, event debugging and issue resolution.
- Experience on finance system and securities trading system is an advantage.
- Good technical English, basic communication
