Information & Technology Manager

Reporting Line(s): General Manager and Project Director

The Opportunity: Are you an active individual who enjoys sports, fitness, as well as impacting lives in a positive way and is thrilled by executing a global strategy and meeting pre-defined targets? Under the guidance of the General Manager and Project Director, the Information and Technology Director will be responsible for developing and executing the necessary operations to meet the common and cross-sectors needs which includes park standardization/maintenance/upgrade, resources management, solution consultancy, security policies, technology watch, and strategic plans. The individual should have a broad understanding of information and technology ecosystems and understand how to manage each related layer deployed within the company. This has to be performed including team members and company departments specificity to conciliate their needs and offer the most suitable solutions. Individuals with a pre-existing information and technology experience in a very transverse position with coding skills will have a big advantage.

Main Duties:
- Recommend information technology strategies by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends and anticipating requirements
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures, information security and control structures
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and upgrade systems
- Developing and implementing IT policy and deploy best practices among the organization
- Responsible for IT infrastructures at all event venues at any given time
- Manage, hire, train, and educate junior and/or freelance staff in team

Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similarly striking life experience required
- 5+ years prior experience in IT management or administration
- Familiarity with NAT, AD, various OS/hardware for stations and servers
- Coding skills, familiar with web frameworks
- Proficient using Office Suite to generate procedures, presentations or budgets
- Able to lead actions and manage staff training issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Exceptional writing & communication skills in English, Vietnamese is a plus
