Mô tả công việc

Industry Manager is responsible for the profitability of the industrial sales business segment through effective development and implementation of marketing and sales plans to achieve company expectations. Industry Manager ensures alignment with other sales segments to ensure delivery of overall lubricants business outcomes. Industry Manager ensures alignment with ExxonMobil’s strategies to develop the lubricant business Industry. Industry Manager will align with other non-lubricant business segments, to optimize lubricant sales to their customers by leveraging the established relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Achieves optimum turnover/profit results in line with agreed budget and RBT (result before tax).
2. Manages sales performance, inventory levels and accounts receivables against budget and take appropriate action as required
3. Lead, motivate, coach, develop and reward industrial staff to optimum performance. Provide regular formal and on the job training for all staff using organization’s and ExxonMobil’s resources.
4. Optimize operating expense for the Industrial team
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers.
6. Develops strong relationships between Industrial team and ExxonMobil to ensure alignment in existing business and development of new sales opportunities.
7. Plans, establishes and develops sales strategies conforming to the sales budget and strategic plan.
8. Analyses and anticipates market situation/trends, i.e. products, pricing, demand, suppliers, competitors, etc. to identify potential new business opportunities. Provide timely feedback to Business Manager.
9. Develops and implements for marketing and sales, strategies and tactics for products and services, to develop new business.
10. Conducts regular meetings with sales and support staff (as required) on business in industrial segment
11. Develops and manages the interface between the sales team, customer service, supply chain and relevant suppliers to ensure timely and smooth flow of products to customers.
12. Ensures alignment with other sales segments to ensure delivery of overall lubricants business outcomes.
13. Develop and leverage relationships with company’s non-lubricant segments to identify and implement lubricant sales opportunities at those customers
14. Ensures all staff are aware and conform to the company’s policies procedures and activities, etc

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/ Oil & Gas/ Mechanics or related majors.
Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration would be an advantage.
Experience : At least 5 years experienced in selling Industrial Lubricant.
Age : 30 +
Sex : Either male or female
