Industrial Engineering (Working At Quang Nam)

IE responsibilities
• Process Improvement.
• Control and improve material and process flow.
• Prepare time Studies.
• Control Production Plan with machine and personnel availability.
• Various IE projects.
• Prepare WI based on departments request / publish them.
• Knowledge and innovation management.
• Local Reporting ( AMK and Waste).

H&S responsibilities
• Prepare, monitor and implement organizational H&S policy and program.
• Structure and organize the H&S teams at the site level.
• Lead effort to promote a high degree of H&S awareness.
• Facilitate the preparation of risk assessment and Job Safety Analysis for each function.
• Make sure that risk assessment is done according to the H&S management system.
• Communicating with the Site Manager on matters relating to health and safety.
• Assists management and supervisors in investigating accidents and developing measures to prevent recurrences.
• Ensure that an adequate program of training for health and safety is established and that the safety culture is encouraged amongst employees.
• Observe H&S legislative requirements and liaise with MD and concerned persons to meet the legal requirement.
• Review the risk assessment and internal safety audit reports to ensure continuous improvement in H&S management system.

• Masters degree in IPE with at least two to three years of experience in a comparable position
• 5 – 6 years experience in the relevant field
• Experience in plant operation
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills and action oriented for improvement
• Good organization abilities, people management, communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
• Understand work place hazard, risk assessment and how to control them
• Implementation of H&S program
• Knowledge and experience in internal auditing.
• Training on six-sigma (yellow belt)
