Job Function/Purpose
Manage engineering for all operator garment facility
Quản lí mảng kĩ thuật cho nhà máy vận hành chuyền may công nghiệp
Primary Responsibilities
1. Manage training engineer and plant industrial engineers, instructor team
2. Maintain direct and indirect labor standards
3. Assist plant manager in building schedules: Machine analysis, work center analysis, manpower constraint
4. Improve productivity and plant efficiencies
5. Manage cost saving projects
6. Measure job content as necessary
7. Develop layouts for new products or style changes as necessary
8. Train and develop Industrial Engineers ( GSD training, AMT training)
9. Maintain standard procedures for manufacturing processes
10. Maintains material utilization (Material usage )
11. Lead process improvement & cost saving target at production area
12. New style development processes
13. Manage New Style introduction ( NSI) processes
14. Manage the GSD, NWI system to make sure that plant does comply with regulations regarding incentive
15. SAH reconciliation monthly basis/ Perform other tasks related to the position of Engineering Manager as necessary
16. Adjust monthly SAH
17. Manage the GSD, NEW system to ensure the plant payroll prescribed by the Corporation

3. Hỗ trợ giám đốc nhà máy lên kế hoạch: Phân tích số lượng máy móc, khu vực làm việc và số lượng nhân viên
4. Cải thiện sản lượng, và năng suất của nhà máy
5. Quản lí các dự án tiết kiệm chi phí tại nhà máy
6. Đo lường nội dung công việc khi cần thiết
7. Ban hành Layout tiêu chuẩn cho các mẫu sản phẩm mới, hoặc thay đổi kiểu dáng khi cần thiết
8. Đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ kĩ thuật (Đào tạo GSD, Tổ AMT)
9. Duy trì tiêu chuẩn cho các công đoạn sản suất
10. Duy trì việc tối ưu hóa nguyên phụ liệu
11. Quản lí hoạt động cải tiến sản xuất và mục tiêu tiết kiệm chi phí cho nhà máy
12. Phát triển công đoạn layout tiêu chuẩn cho mã hàng mới
13. Quản lí công đoạn chuyền sản suất mẫu (NSI)
14. Quản lí hệ thống GSD/ NWI để đảm bảo việc chi trả lương sản phẩm tuân theo những quy định của tập đoàn
15. Thực hiện các công việc khác trên cương vị của giám đốc bộ phận kĩ thuật khi cần thiết
16. Điều chỉnh SAH hàng tháng
17. Quản lí hệ thống GSD, NEW để đảm bảo nhà máy duy trì việc chi trả lương sản phẩm theo quy định của tập đoàn

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Experience/Skills/Education Requirements
1. Education/Degrees: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Mathematics
2. Experience : Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a rapid pace manufacturing environment as an engineering manager
Experience with GSD (General Sewing Data) or time study, Lean Manufacturing is a plus
3. Skills:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft, excel, power point
Fluent in English
CV in English
