Mô tả công việc
Manage engineering for new styles running at the facility.
Quản lý kỹ thuật may cho những mã hàng mới hoạt động tại nhà máy.
Key Job Functions / Accountabilities/Trách nhiệm chính
1. Work with Planning team/PD team/ US team to check if any new style in order.
Làm việc với đội kế hoạch sản xuất/ đội phát triển sản phẩm tại HYS hoặc US nếu có bất kỳ mã hàng mới.
2. Contact with Product Development team (US or HYS) in case of any confusion from original specification
Liên hệ với đội phát triển sản phẩm (của tập đoàn hoặc của HYS) nếu có vấn đề sai sót
3. Start the trial run according to the Planning date.
Sắp xếp nhóm chạy mẫu theo đúng kế hoạch.
4. Check with RCM team about cost of each item & process order for material. Order all material for make pre-production sample.
Kiểm tra với đội mua bán về giá của mỗi loại vật tư. Tìm hiểu về quy trình khi yêu cầu vật tư từ nhà cung cấp. lên kế hoạch yêu cầu vật tư cho may mẫu mã hàng mới.
5. Work with purchasing dept to create PO number & send to vendor. Solve problems related to vendor / export / import.
Làm việc với đội mua bán nguyên vật liệu của nhà máy để tạo số PO và gửi cho nhà cung cấp. Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh có liên quan đến nhà cung cấp/ xuất khẩu/ nhập khẩu.
6. Get document, research & share to team:
- Research & translate garment spec (construction, measurement)
- Get GSD on system, translate & Research
Lấy tài liệu về mã hàng mới trên Zone, nghiên cứu và chia sẻ với nhóm phát triển sản phẩm mới về:
- Dịch và nghiên cứu tài liệu về mã hàng mới (cấu trúc may, thông số sản phẩm).
- Lấy GSD trên hệ thống, dịch và nghiên cứu thao tác may.
7. Book PPS meeting & work and inform with PD HYS team construction, defect at some operation & corrective actions, machine setup sharing for the new style
Họp về mã hàng mới với đội phát triển sản phẩm của HYS về cấu trúc may, lỗi tại một số công đoạn & hành động khắc phục, chia sẻ về cách thiết lập máy móc cho mã hàng mới.
8. Style need to submit on time for approval
Gửi mẫu mới đi phê duyệt đúng thời gian.
9. Work with IE inline & make a standard layout for new style.
Làm việc với nhóm IE chuyền để xây dựng layout tiêu chuẩn cho mã hàng mới.
10. Verify consumption of material & claim (if need).
Kiểm tra định mức sử dụng vật tư và gửi phản hồi cho đội spec (nếu cần)
11. Verify GSD for all operation to setup NWI & work with GSD team if find out some operation missing motion.
Kiểm tra lại GSD của các công đoạn của mã hàng mới để setup tem đơn giá. Cần làm việc với đội GSD nếu phát hiện thấy một số công đoạn thiếu thao tác may.
12. Pre-production report. All Material specifications need to be confirmed by PPS.
Lập báo cáo may mẫu. Tất cả các tiêu chuẩn vật tư cần được xác nhận trong khi chạy mẫu mới.
13. PP meeting need to arrange for giving feedback Mec/material/Pro.
Họp trước khi sản suất đại trà và đưa ra các phản hồi với bộ phận MEC/material/Pro
14. Join some project relate to cost saving, kaizen, product simplification…
Tham gia vào một số dự án liên quan tới: tiết kiệm, cải tiến, đơn giản hóa cấu trúc may…

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education/Degrees: University graduate (textiles or engineering degree is preferred)/ Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp Đại học (ngành may mặc hoặc bằng kỹ sư được ưu tiên)
2. Knowledge and experience required/ Kiến thức và kinh nghiệm yêu cầu:
- At least 2 years working experience in the same position for large company’s size/ Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong cùng vị trí tại các công ty lớn
- Good command in English, both oral and written/Tiếng anh nói và viết tốt
- Good at Microsoft office/excel/PowerPoint/Thành thạo tin học văn phòng
- Good at process improvement (based on LEAN, GSD, SAH, PDCA, Line balancing…)/ Thành thạo các quy trình về LEAN, GSD, SAH, PDCA, cân bằng Line
- Good at Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 5S, Process-Quality Tools…)/ Nắm rõ hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (ISO 9001, 5S, Process-Quality Tools…)
- Have wide knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and efficiency/Có kiến thức sâu rộng về nguyên vật liệu, quy trình sản xuất, chất lượng, chi phí, năng suất.
2. Knowledge and experience required/ Kiến thức và kinh nghiệm yêu cầu:
- At least 2 years working experience in the same position for large company’s size/ Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong cùng vị trí tại các công ty lớn
