Industrial Controller/urgent (Attractive Salary)

The Industrial controller is responsible for the industrial accounting operations of the company, whichincludes maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, the production of periodic financial reports and continuous actions to enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results.
 Maintain a documented system of industrial accounting policies and procedures
 Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
 Drive and validate the monthly industrial reporting process (Raw material and finished good stock reports, plant variances, …)
 Prepare and validate the bi-annual industrial forecasts.
 Participate in the yearly budget exercise.
 Actively improve the efficiency and reliability of the reporting.
 Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, and contract negotiations.
 Support the Pillars in the application of WCM - continuous improvement methods and tools (coordination and coaching members
 Lead one pillar in factory for WCM
 Provide the permanent support to the WCM team leader and team activities
 Involving in the audits of WCM teams / projects

 Graduation from an accredited college or university with major course work in Accounting or Finance
 Preferably Full or Part-qualified from a recognized accounting body such as ACCA
 At least 3 year experience in manufacturing company (familiarity with an ERP system is an advantage)
 Fluent English communication (interview will be conducted in english)
 Ability to report to work and perform job responsibilities in a timely manner in order to meet scheduled deadlines.
 Ability to learn new job-related concepts, rules and procedures
 Patiently and highly adaptable with multi-cultural working environment
 Good report writing abilities
 Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables, graphs and data analysis
 Good analyzing and organization skill, can work well under team
