Mô tả công việc
Purpose of the position
This position is to help Panalpina expand our foot prints to local control business in a fastest way by cold calling and provide quantified potential leads to field sales.
Key Tasks
• Telemarketing and sending PA documentation via email/mail to potential shippers/importers
• Obtaining appointments for sales force
• Qualifying and processing sales leads through contacting potential customers
• Responsible for following up sale leads generated for over sea salesforce.
• Tracking customer related activities in CRM.
• Responsible for CRM key user (including ACR creation and assign to FS in CRM)
• Assisting with administration of the giveaways items (i.e. asking to re-order to stock gets too low etc.)
• Taking minutes during the weekly sales meeting and distribute to all participants
• Sales Folder Update and Maintenance (e.g. quotation, SOP, name cards copies, Sales Pipeline, etc)
• To take up additional tasks as assigned.
Key performance Indicators (KPI)
• Daily prospecting calls and achieve minimum number of quantified leads passed to field sales : minimum 75 calls and 20 quantified leads per week to be passed to field sales for further visits ( accounts for 50% of the working hours )
• Set up sales meeting for field sales if requested ( accounts for 20% of the working hours)
• Update and Maintenance of Sales folder & other reports (accounts for 30% of the working hours)

• Administration skills
• Customer service skills
Educational background / Work experience
• Minimum 2 year experience in telesales or sales supports in Forwarding / Logistics industry
• Business administration / commercial background
Language skills
• Language skills: English and Vietnamese.
Computer Literacy
• Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation
