Mô tả công việc
• Interact with new/existing customers on behalf of organisation by providing information about products and services, takes orders, respond to customer complaints and answer customer questions.
• Works as customer service representative in customer contact center.
• Provide financial services; be responsible to every transaction that includes receipts inspection (amount, date, time, name, references) and banks’ cash in and cash out. Authenticate customers’ receipt.
• Comprehend every type of products’s format and work procedures.
• Build rapport and long term relationship with customers while providing excellent customers service standard.
• Provide financial services; be responsible to every transaction.

• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and is polite and friendly at all times.
• Passionate in delivering world class customer service. Display patience and empathy.
• Open to working flexible shifting schedules. (24hours operations)
• Required language: English, Vietnamese.
