Indian Account Executive

• Working on creating proposals and itineraries for Indian FIT, GIT and MICE, communicating with our different sales teams and clients in India, negotiating, booking and contacting with suppliers.
• Supporting for creating products in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar meeting Indian travelers quality expectations in order to maximize the materialization of Indian requests
• Supporting for running the Indian MICE operations on the ground in coordination with operation teams and meeting with clients when they visit Vietnam
• Answer daily emails from Sales teams and clients to provide necessary information and support, including but not limited to:
o Check buying costs from hotel, restaurant, transportation and other services.
o Check availability of accommodation and venues
o Suggest the best itinerary, check feasibility of proposed programs and special requests.
o Prepare buying costs for the whole program and send them back to the Sales team or client.
o Book services as requested.
o Follow up on payments if required
• Liaise with Sales to update the CRM when new accounts contact ICS.
• Manage all emails sent to the resindia - email address
• Send proposals and quotations to TO directly, follow up on requests and seek feedbacks in order to enhance materialization.
• Prepare and operate the ICS MICE groups, solve troubles if any, make sure the programs run smoothly and satisfy the clients.

• Proven ability and experience in the tourism trade.
• Experience creating tour itineraries for Vietnam and/or Indochina destinations and creating breakdown costing sheets.
• Ability to escort groups from time to time and occasionally be available during evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Good understanding of Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia as tourist destinations and knowledge of various hotels, restaurants and suppliers.
• Outgoing, creative and open-minded personality with positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English skills. Additional languages are a plus.
• Be flexible upon request/ assignment from superior level.
• Can work under pressure and manage works within deadlines
