Inbound Warehouse Manager

WORKING LOCATION (no shuttle bus provided)
• 1 position at Warehouse 1 (A75 Bach Dang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC (inside Kerry Express Warehouse))
• 1 position Warehouse 3 (09 Nguyen Van Tao, Long Thoi, Nha Be District, HCMC (inside Unidepot Warehouse))

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound Manager will supervise and coordinate and manage activities of warehouse workers engaged in verifying, record keeping, replenishment and put-away operations. The incumbent will ensure inbound shipments business needs and targets are met on a daily basis. This role will report directly to Warehouse Manager.
• Plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received
• Oversee outgoing inbound activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of received shipments
• Inspect material handling equipment for defects and notifies maintenance personnel or makes contact with contacts outside service facility for repairs
• Monitor the unloading of all materials into the Receiving area
• Directs movement of materials from inbound dock to staging area
• Compile records of unfilled received shipments
• Issue written and oral instructions to the team
• Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates
• Resolve discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver prepared reports
• Research material handling equipment to ensure procurement of the most suitable equipment in terms of performance, safety, and reliability
• Other duties as assigned by line manger
This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment.

• Degree in Warehouse, Operations, Logistics or related field
• At least 5 years related experience in receiving with 2 years supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
• Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple warehouses across the nation
• Prefer candidates with immediate start.
