1. Sending arrival notice
2. Create the customer's code
3. Making accountant receivable debit note
4. Delivery order release
5. Input Delivery Order in the system
6. Check DEM - DET freight
7. Input deposit in system
8. Other jobs assigned by Manager
NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree. Majoring in Economics, Sea Transport Economics, Business Administration or English
- Good written and verbal English (Certificates are required)
- Working Experience/ Professional requirement:
• 01 year experience in container shipping industry.
• Have good knowledge of shipping, import and export
• Good skill of communication, negotiation, trouble-shooting, customer service…
• Good at language communication (both English & Vietnamese)
• Good at computer skill: using internal system (WINS, SMART) & other (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint..)
