Mô tả công việc
MONITOR & HANDLE ALL RELEVANT IMPORT DOCUMENTATION JOB
1/ Inbound cargo manifesting
- Check vessel schedule, POD, PVY, local charges of each shipment
- Checking customer codes for each shipment arriving
- Send arrival notice to consignee, resend 2nd & 3rd Arrival Notice weekly for non-receiver D/O
- Upload e-manifest in customs website, assign forwarder’s ID the privileges to upload e-manifest of house bill, declare DG cargo, Empty (if any)
- Fulfill discharge list (including seal, bill, VGM, G.W, final destination) and send list to terminal
- Send to vendors order of moving containers from POD to PVY and prepare relevant documents
- Input Empty Depot in system before releasing EDO to customers
- Release EDO to customers: ensure duly payment and documents before releasing EDO, daily update D/O release status in system and file docs
- Amend manifest (if any)
2/ Confirm inbound volume / storage to terminals weekly
3/ Being contact window, supply to customers and HMM abroad information related to inbound jobs via telephone, internal & external mail exchange. Trouble shooting (if any)
4/ Ready for overtime if requirement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree. Majoring in Economics, Sea Transport Economics, Business Administration or English
- Good written and verbal English (Certificates are required)
- Working Experience/ Professional requirement:
• 01 year experience in container shipping industry/ forwarding .
• Have good knowledge of shipping, import and export
• Good skill of communication, negotiation, trouble-shooting, customer service…
• Good at language communication (both English & Vietnamese)
• Good at computer skill: using internal system (GAUS) & other (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint..)
- Good written and verbal English (Certificates are required)
