In-Store Marketing Supervisor

1. Develop & deploy tactical Marketing activities for specific Pharmacity stores based on BOD’s request to increase store awareness, traffic, transaction & ABV

2. Manage & monitor all Marketing activities at stores as assigned

3. Support stores by providing/fixing requested Marketing POSM: banners, posters, wobblers…

4. Work closely with Trading, Retail and other departments in deploying & monitoring Marketing activities at store effectively

5. Coach In-store Marketing Operation Executive by providing motivation and direction while creating enthusiasm around what is being delivered.

KPI for each store in one tactical Marketing campaign:

1. Increase 20% store visit

2. Increase 15% transaction

3. ABV at least 100,000vnd

University or college degree, preferably with Marketing focus

Marketing operation experience

At least 4 years of experience in similar position

1. React with speed (and sound judgment)

2. Analyze effectiveness of budget spend versus results

3. Deliver projects on time

4. Build solid relationships internally and externally

5. Operate as individual and in team environment

6. Managing team

7. Coordination of multiple projects

8. Good communication, documentation and organizational skills, and must be able to communicate effectively and work at all levels of the organization

9. Innovative and proactive in solving problems

10. Strong consultancy skills

11. Analytical, self-motivated, responsible, flexible and with positive work attitude
