Mô tả công việc
We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel position, to be in charge of all legal matters involved in daily operation and proactively leading the retailing project of the business.
Decathlon is dealing with various activity (production and retail online and through stores).
You will be looking after all matters regarding current affairs, investment licensing, advisory on new store projects, and production and retailing activities.
The In-House Legal Advisor will be integrated in DECATHLON VIETNAM daily life. She or he will play an important role, supporting the Operational and Management teams on all general corporate legal matters and bringing innovative solutions for the businesses of the Company:
- Provide legal support, advice and coaching to operational teams about Commercial Law; Labor Law, E-commerce, Real Estate, Product Compliance, Business Contracts regarding both Retail and Production activities;
- Anticipate and minimize legal risks relating to the retail and production activities of the Company; manage legal monitoring and work with retail team in assessing the impact of any new or amended Vietnamese Laws;
- Create, update and communicate contract standards and procedures;
- Propose innovative solutions using pragmatic and logical judgment and support their implementation;
- Train and coach operational team to provide them legal requirements and reflexes;
- Represent the Company towards the government, authorities and manage litigation within his/her scope of activities
- Develop & manage service provider (Law Firm).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A bachelor’s degree (or beyond) in law is required
- Legal knowledge, minimum 5-year legal practice experience (in-house)
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese languages
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Sense of anticipation
- Adaptability, take initiatives to solutions, well organization
- Be sportive
