In-House Lab. Manager

- Control all issue in lab and relationship with other depts.
- Make plan improve and develop operation smoothly testing and reports.
- Get process annually certification for buyer and all machine.
- Built lab system as ISO/ IEC17025 in 2019 and 2020.
- Built team work have fluently skills and knowledge as well.
- Support and report to head office and source office Korea (weekly/monthly)
- Training and assessment all technicians.
- Support Lab manager manage all technical in lab test.
- Review and sight all reports, follow performance testing
- Support process get cert all buyer and maintain all machine in lab
- Make correct all correlations annually.
- Plan and organize team workload effectively to meet the demands of the position

[Responsibility and Liability]
1. Managing all equipment/testing apparatus of in-house
lab. are working smoothly and checking/verification/
maintenance according to planned.
2. Approval of all data are recorded and maintained
accordingly to trace ability purpose if necessary.
3. Approval of all form, data sheet and other documents
are filled, checked and regularly updated.
4. Checking and approval of the test reports prepared in
Customer Service.
5. Take full the responsibilities to study and perform all
testing methods of in-house lab.
6. Validation for testing methods according to standard and
SOP.
7.Carried out training program for in-house Lab.

- University or higher degree in Chemistry, Textile, Garment, Fabric
- Fluent English
- Good communication skill
- Good team work skill
- Hard working, willing to learn and work over time as needed
