Mô tả công việc
The employee's responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Monitor CBU import shipment & customs clearance: from shipping date to warehouse date, ensure in time delivery for sales as well as no demurrage & detention cost
- HS code & tariff management: ensure customs declaration with correct HS code & tariff as well as full FTA application.
- Control import duty payment: ensure import duty to be paid on time & adequately
- Import expense verification & payment: ensure import expense is booked in system fully & correctly
- Insurance control: contact Insurance Co. & related parties to claim for import insurance (if any)
- Order Processing & management (model, quantity, price, promotion,…)
- Order status & delivery monitoring until completion.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate with bachelor degree in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Have knowledge of import-export field
- At least 1~2 year working experience in international trading & customs declaration
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese & English
- Good computer and Microsoft package skills
- Responsible, hard working, willing to work overtime when required
