Import Staff in HCM

1 / Complete the implementation of a batch of imported goods in accordance with the basic business process (from the agent until the shipment is delivered to the customer successfully).
• Record the manifest from the consignee fowarders
• Submit the manifest to the shipping company.
• Send the goods notification to the customer.
• Prepare a complete delivery order.
• Prepare the container opening and hand it over to the Forwarding Department.
• Track container opening.
• Coordinate with the port authority and warehouse to timely update information for agents and customers.

2 / Working with agents
• Confirm the email sent to the agent or provide the required agent information in a timely manner.
• Respond to e-mails related to merchandise for the agency, check the debt, credit accurately
.• Resolving the backlog and problems with the goods.
3 / Working with clients

• Capture customer's requirements and respond promptly
4 / Working with related departments

• Transfer of profit statement (P / S) to accountant.
• Support the sales department to promote business efficiency and attract customers.

5 / Work with forwarder.

• Prior to / within the day of arrival of the shipment to the consignment of containers.
• Handing over the documents to the forwarding office.
• A complete guide to shipment-related information for best performance.

6 / Other related work as assigned by Head of Import Department and General Director
