Mô tả công việc
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Working with Oversea Logistics companies, shipping lines to receiving import documents
• Checking import documents to ensure that all information are matching & correct with law
• Making Customs declaration sheets & transmit via e-customs
• Preparing Quality checking documents to do customs clearance.
• Working with Forwarders to follow declaration process until cargoes come to warehouse.
• Working with relevant parties to arrange warehouse space & stock in cargoes as schedule for sales.
• Calculating & making import tax payment.
• When problems happen with import cargoes found at warehouse, contact with related sides (shipping lines, insurance, warehouse, forwarders) to supervise unloading process & investigate the reason.
• Preparing documents to claim insurance for cargoes damaged during import process.
• Filing clearance documents to ensure for checking smoothly later.
• Making related reports.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Garduate from Foreign Trade University or Economic University, major: Foreign trade
• Good knowledge in import-export
• Relevant experience of woking with shipping lines, Vietnamese Customs
• Know well about import – export rules.
• English communication is excellent
• High responsibility
• Willing to work OT if requested
