Mô tả công việc
• Report to: Import Manager
• Working location: 18 Luy Ban Bich – Tan Thoi Hoa – Tan Phu District - HCMC
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handling Import Shipments
• Shipment follow up, including: shipment handling, booking, documentation and data entry
• Handling and preparing air/ sea freight import documentation
• Ensuring smooth flow of import documentation process
• Performing to check and administrate of import documents, including Bill of Lading, weekly vessel schedule, invoice, packing list, etc. for goods importing and customs’ clearances
• Liaising with carriers to identify arrival dates of vessels, port charges, etc. for imports
• Custom clearance (including Certificate of Health Process and other related processes)
• Managing containers’ arrival to warehouse (including sampling process as well as the complete custom process)
2. Initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to reduce lead time of import services
• Simplifying the current import process
3. Performance Management: Assist Import Managers in terms of
• Import services
• Communication with supply sources
• Coordination with relevant internal partners
• Working location: 18 Luy Ban Bich – Tan Thoi Hoa – Tan Phu District - HCMC

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree: Background in Supply Chain is preferred
• At least 3-5 year experience working in import sector, with a preference in FMCG industry
• Excellent command of English and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Hardworking, strong attention to detail and can-do attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Having team coordination or leading skill is preferred
