Mô tả công việc
Key responsibilities:
1/ Overseas sourcing for new materials: (50%)
• Receive & verify new item’s specification with requester
• Identify potential suppliers
• Approve bidder list, RFQ template. Manage black list supplier
• Prepare target price to align with company price deduction plan
• Price negotiation (Face to Face, nego via telephone,..)
• Decide Contract/ PO type
• Contract/ PO term review & negotiation
• Manage sourcing timeline to match with requirement
(KPI: Price deduction, Line stop)
2/ Order fulfillment: (30%)
• Manage delivery plan to meet required lead-time. Handle Air shipment after Air Freight approval for urgent case. Tracking
shipment status for sea shipment
• Working with supplier, Import -Export team for shipping documents
• Provide material description/ specification,.. to apply correct HS code
• Tracking Demmurage/ Detention period then release delivery request to Import- Export team
• Work with Warehouse team for unloading
• Prepare payment request for supplier payment.
(KPI: Demmurage/ Detention, Line stop)
3/ Team management: (10%)
• Follow up & support team
• Training & development
• Tracking KPIs to match with department objectives
(KPI: Manager testing file, PR-PO audit, Special purchase tracking, Demmurage/ Detention, Air Freight cost)
4/ Report & others : (10%)
• Monthly/ daily report to internal & outside organization
• Also with other request for leadership team.

Knowledge:
• SAP/ ERP experience in MM module
• KPI setting & management
Skills & Competencies:
• Leadership skill
• Good/ clear communication skills (must)
• Fluent spoken and written in Korea (must) & English (intermediate)
• Creative thinking; proactive, result-driven, problem solving & decision making
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn and work
• Negotiation skills
• Good office computer skill (MS office, website)
Experience/Education:
• Graduated from University. Foreign Trade university is prefer
• At least 9 years in local sourcing experience in manufacturing company. Experience in local Aluminium production company is plus
• At least 5 years in manager level with team of 5 people
