Mô tả công việc
- Handle export/import shipments from/to Vietnam both sea and air.
- Create job files, input data, update costing and billing into the system.
- Checking and issuing all related docs:
- Upload cargo manifest to customs system and prepare documents (D/O, Arrival Notice…) for import shipment
- Issue the debit note, VAT invoice for customers/overseas agent.
- Get invoices from shipping line, check and transfer for accounting department setting payment.
- Ensure customers satisfaction and feedback to customers in a professional manner.
- Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobs.
- Co-ordinate with other departments to provide a standard of services required by each customer.
-Maintain and update accurate information in the company's operating systems / customized reporting system.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Salary: Negotiation
- University or College Degree, major in Foreign Trade or International Business is preferred.
- 2 year of working experience in Air/sea Freight Forwarder industry and in the same position is preferred
- Good command of English
- MS Office high skills
- Good communication skills, business mindset, customer orientation, achievement driven, teamwork spirit and able to work under pressure
- Working in long-term.
