Mô tả công việc
IMPORT:
1. Receiving pre-alert document from Forwarders/Suppliers/Marketing/Purchasing, verify and checking document on internal system, making draft CDS on VNACCS.
2. Solving document discrepancies with related parties, make sure document correct and proper before customs declaration.
3. Sending draft document set to Im-Ex manager and get approval.
4. Declaring Import CDS on system, preparing and sending document to forwarding agent to clear customs, sending document to Warehouse to check and receive shipment.
5. Building and arranging domestics trucking schedule to ensure goods delivered in time
6. Filing original document and updating Import Master Schedule.
EXPORT:
1. Receiving document set from Export Officer, checking and creating draft export CDS
2. Sending draft Export CDS and get approval
3. Declaring CDS and sending to forwarding agent/Export Officer to clear Customs.
4. Filing original document
Other tasks:
Making IM-EX report monthly, interact on customs system (VNACCS) as assigned by IM-EX Manager and other tasks assigned by IM-EX Manager.
