Mô tả công việc
1. Import and Export
+ Work with lawyers, forwarders and customs about the trademark and license for the importation.
+ Work with the Head quarter and suppliers to issue the correct documents, given to the logistic company.
+ Work with insurance company.
+ Deal with customs and forwarders for the license, transport fee.
+ Support warehouse to receive the goods and make payment for forwarders, insurance.
2. Buyer
+ Selecting the brand, items, go to suppliers to order and check the real goods.
+ Pricing (calculating the cost, duties; compare to the competitor to build the selling price).
+ Input the buying, selling data to Iris, Ebiz…
+ Solve the incidents reports.
+ Calculate the profit, incentive.
+ Work with suppliers and finance team about the payments.
+ Balance the systems when anything is wrong.
+ Make all selling, buying, customers reports to Headquarters and Suppliers.
+ Plan for promotion; handle the discount application form with government.
+ Other tasks assigned by Immediate Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated, at least of 05 years experience in Merchandise/Imp-exp/Logistics Field.
- Good English communication, have experience in High – End Fashion Field or Home Furniture/ Kitchen Appliances is an advantage.
- Have knowledge in Trade terms, International payment, Import-Export procedure
- Be careful, Responsible, Solid team players, Multi-task, Strong Customer Service Mindset and handle well under pressure.
*** Working Conditions:
+ 08 working hours/day, 5 days/week, 02 days off in roster.
+ Strong compliance with labor regulations for Employees.
+ Successful candidates will work in an ideal working environment with attractive salary and opportunities to get training course in Vietnam or abroad.
+ Other benefit as company policies (Free lunch/dinner, gifts, 13th salary, summer holiday vacation, Team Building Annual Salary Raise and chances to have career development opportunities…).
