Import Manager

• Perform all duties of IMPORT MANAGER as required.
• Negotiating documented agreements for the delivery and management of products and commodities. Good Customs Clearance skills
• Administrating the transfer of commodities and products as per the particularities of the clients and making sure that the targets of the organization are achieved.
• Assuring correct document review among team members and assessment of accuracy, verifying country of origin, country of export, importer of record, terms of sale and value to ensure that compliance and other government agencies requirements are met.
• Supervising all the operational performance of Customs
• Checking & controlling Customs & Transportation cost.
• Assigning duties to each Customs & Transportation staffs.
• Being in charge of speeding up the clearance of customers' shipments.
• Solving issue and give out the best solution for problems relating to customs.
• Give advice to Sales/Tender/ Customer Service relating to the customs clearance.
• Guiding customs clearance regulations to internal and external customers.
• Offering Customs & Transportation cost to Sales dept., Operation and quotations to overseas agents.
• Directly carrying out customs clearance when necessary.
• Set up the customs procedure for customs clearance and pick-up/delivery shipment.
• Control the lead-time for clearing customs clearance to meet the KPI to satisfy customer requirement.

• University / Colleague graduated. Priority to Foreign trade, Economics, Customs, Business Administration.
• Have experience in import process and customs clearance for consuming goods in at least 5-7 years.
• Have relation with customs at ports/Airport.
• Excellent in communication skill
• Excellent in leadership skill
• Good at monitor, train, coach, measure the performance of the team
• Ensure the input/output with zero mistakes which can effect to the service of the company
• Good at Negotiation skill
• Good at Analysis skill
• Quick minded
