1. Manage Custom Team

Import container have issues when picking container, work with China shipping team to solve the deposit for trucking company

Instruct team how to handle arguments/problems in daily jobs (HS code, contract, custom docs, red channels)

Check and make sure all on-site export declaration form having import declaration forms from customers.

Instruct team how to handle when make mistakes on declaration form (over qties, less qties).

Monthly report sends to Red Bricks

Monthly report comparison on AX and Custom book. How to solve the difference.

Annual contract ending, checking and transfer the balance stock to next contract.

CO apply and get certificate

Reply Headquarter emails about custom team issues.

Control how many DO/shipment not yet declare

Control MAA/cancel declaration need to finish within month end.

Team member on leave, how to share the jobs

Team member job arrangement if necessary

Issues voice out on management weekly meeting

2. Manage Shipping Team (trucking and forwarder)

Negotiate cost and service with trucking, forwarder and express company

Finished goods weekly report

Instruct team how to handle arguments/problems in daily jobs

Provide transportation cost to costing team for FOB/CIF term

Team member on leave, how to share the jobs

Team member job arrangement if necessary

Control overdue Signed DO

Control packing slip DO

Outstanding issues

Communicate with other departments if any arguments

Issues voice out on management weekly meeting
