ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect & check pre-alert.
• Check system invoice from SAP & coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics Part
• Daily process related docs & control Customs declaration process.
• Coordinate with Warehouse & ALST team for delivery on-time
• Delivery plan & pending list based on E-book
• Storage/ Demurrage/ Detention management
• Control irregularity report, insurance claim
• Control broker, Logistics Service Providers, complete daily jobs
• Complete Bill of lading, Arrival Notice, Customs Clearance, Delivery on-time
• KPI management without fail
• Settlement with Customer & Logistics Service Providers
• Other tasks assigned by manager.
• Other duties as assigned by Managers.

- University graduation
2. EXPERIENCE:
- 2~3 years related experience

- Good English communication
- Good Teamwork, can work well under pressure
