Import-Export Staff

• Implementing all works on import materials, parts, equipments and export products to customers including from/to oversea and local.
• Keeping in line with customers/suppliers and forwarder to do the custom work in order getting smoothly.
• Updating price and submit new quotation to our Customers every month.
• Sending data to Customs and do workings, report related to Vietnamese Customs.
• Receiving PO from customers, IN, PL and preparing shipping documents.
• Collecting documents for payment.
• Collecting data to make monthly report.
• Working related to ISO <9001-2015., ISO <14001:2015> & OHSAH <18001:2007>.
• Willing to support other Departments when necessary.
• Report to Customs every year
• Trainning job related to Im-Export

• Female, under 30 years-old,
• Education: University degree in trading or economy field,
• Having experience in the same field of job in foreign manufacturing company is prefered,
• At least 3 years of related experience,
• Confident, Good communication skill and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and work under high pressure,
• Fluent in English,
• Good at computer skill.

Working place: Dai An Industry Zone, Hai Duong City.

Salary: Negotiation
