Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for preparation of import Purchase Order, preparation of documents for import goods receiving procedures.
- Responsible for preparation of exports sales contracts and export shipping documents.
- Responsible for issuing daily Deliver Order & sales invoices.
- Responsible for customs declarations and customs statistic report
- Coordinator of transportation matters.
- Coordinator of following up the shipping schedules and shipment status of import/ export cargoes.
- Responsible for performing any additional task assigned by Sales & Marketing Director.
- To control customs & trucking procedures
- To send pre-alert to overseas partner and related parties.
- To control all docs (CO, IV,PL, HAWB, MAWB, Insurance, Pre-alert…).
- To track & trace air shipment, update schedule to related parties.
- To make related reports (daily, weekly, handling, …)
- To finish other tasks assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University.
- At least 1 year at same position
- Good knowledge in Import / Export procedure.
- Good communication skills in ENGLISH.
- Ability to work under high pressure, can work over time and work on shift
- Good common sense, a strong work ethic, self-motivation, a high level of integrity and excellent communication skills are required to be considered in this team-oriented fast-paced culture
- Proficiency in office applications (excel, word)
- Note: working at Binh Duong
- At least 1 year at same position
