Import- Export Staff

- Booking vesel space arrcoding to export plan.
- Making custom documents and custom clearance for the EXIM products.
- Getting contact with Forwarder for making custom clearance, delivery docs that support for the EXIM products and with agents for arranging the shipping schedules, ensure to keep up with the schedule.
- Following export plan to prepair shipping documents:Invoice, Packing list, C/O, SI, Contract, Payment…
- Following custom documents, transfering all the related docs to related depts for payment, production in company.
- Have knowledge and update new custom law.
- Work with related offices : Custom office, forwarder
- Making and following to supply on time the docs that customers request, such as: C/O, B/L…

Work location: Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Lac Hong, Van Lam, Hung Yen
- Have at least 2 year experience in Import-Export field (prefer candidates who have experience working at manufacturing factory).
- Can cumunicate in English.
- Good at analysis, working arrangement, matter solution skill.
- Agile, enthusiasm, responsible in works.
- Have good computer skills in Outlook, excell, word
- Local staff is an advantage
