Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for customs clearance, transportation and distribution.
*** Core Tasks:
1. Administer import and export document, control registration process and customs invoice.
2. Deal with Customs to clear shipment.
3. Support continuous improvement of customer satisfaction by timely coordination of customs clearance of shipments.
4. Responsible for co-ordination local and imported materials traffic, selecting most adequate transportation procedures according to cost, timing and handling frame-work in order to optimize material handling standards.
5. Follow-up on the shipments of materials and finished products, including imported and exported.
6. Ensure all shipments are collected/ delivered within the specific time by planning the routes, make and communicate adjustments to all concerned.
7. Make special follow-up on shipments of critical materials.
8. Control and record of shipped and received materials.
9. Provide reliable cargo planning to meet both company’s and customer’s requirements of safe and timely carriage of cargo from origin to destination.
10. Responsible for in-coming and out-going order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/ shipping documents.
11. Liaise with internal and external transport companies/ departments for timely in-coming/ out-going shipments.
12. Ensure prompt and accurate declaration of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipments.
13. Investigate and action all non-conformance and recommend corrective actions.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College/ University (Foreign Trade/ Business Administration).
- English fluency is a must.
- Prefer candidates living in Binh Duong.
- Over 3-year experience.
