Import - Export Officer

Mascot Int. Vietnam is a 100% foreign Investment Company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mascot International A/S, Denmark, one of the biggest companies within high quality workwear. We operate two modern garment factories and a bonded warehouse in Tan Truong & Dai An Industrial Zone, Hai Duong Province. We offer attractive salary and good working environment of international standards. Now we are seeking an Import – Export Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To be responsible of overall import-export processing & planning
- To prepare all related customs declaration documents as required by the current regulations
- To declare shipments subcontractors to company and vice versa
- Be proficient in processing, processing investment, production & export category from the step of registering contracts to contract liquidation, tax refund…
- Check information from shipping line to have specific import & export plan
- To follow up the customs clearance process and receiving/delivery schedule to meet right time schedule.
- Getting back original CD from forwarder, filling document and update information in relating report.
- To research and update all new customs regulation to sure all shipments to be declare right.
- Other tasks as assigned

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in economic field
- At least 3 years of working experience in Im-Ex field (experience working in Garment company is preferable)
- Good command in English and computer (Microsoft Office)
- Candidate living in Hai Duong and having a certificate of customs operation is preferable.
- Pro-active, enthusiastic, hard working

Transportation is provided for employee from Hai Duong city
