I. WHAT WE OFFER

- In this position you will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager in Vietnam
II. WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Prepare documents for import
- Understand the documents
- Receive the documents couriered from banks and check them
- Contact the authority to register the inspection of imported food; declare chemicals.
- Conduct declaration in the customs software
- Submit the documents for customs to the managers.
2. Prepare documents for export
- Receive information regarding export orders.
- Prepare contract, invoice, packing list
- Contact production team regarding the shipping marks as per export requirements.
- Contact the authority for the C/O, insurance, health certificate... per customer's request.
3. Customs declaration and transportation
- Work with customs department, customs staff, customs inspector for the procedure of clearance.
- Contact warehouses for the procedure for goods receipt.
- Contact delivery team regarding pickup time; if the company truck is not available, hire a truck.
4. Cost reduction
- Reduce the cost of customs declaration.
- Receive the goods quickly to reduce detention, demurrage and container cost.
- Arrange and make use of company truck during transportation.
5. Reports
- Report on the schedule of import/export.
- Report on the operation cost of import/export.

2. Professional skills:
- Good communication skill
- Negotiation skill
3. Soft skills:
- Computer: proficient in office software
- Team working
- Problem recognition and solving skills
4. Education:
- College or higher degree, with major in economics, foreign trade…
5. Experience:
- 3-year experience in import – export.
- Experience in food industry is preferred
