Import/Export Executive And QC

• Make sure all shipments for all location received costly, smoothly, on time.
• Work with local authorities like Custom Department, Vietnamese Register, and Finance Department.
• To coordinate with all mangers need P&A, bikes, merchandise smoothly.
• In charge for bike homologation
• Work and negotiate with Clearance Custom Agents to guarantee cost efficiency
• Responsible for all related documents, procedures, process in receiving shipment on time, efficiently
• Working with truckers, forwarders and transportation services
• Other duties as assigned

• Graduate from College / University with related major in: Foreign Trade, Import / Export, Logistics, etc.
• 5-7 years of experience in similar position (Preferably in Motorcycle/ Automotive sector)
• Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Customs Declaration Software and other office applications).
• Good communications & negotiation skills

QC
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Supervise the work of customer service to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures
• Document call center processes and FAQs, and work on continuous improvement
• Achieve qualitative customer service monitoring & scoring goals as established
• Provide reports related with quality score of all agents on ongoing basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Release implement training plan & improve agent's knowledge, skill and customer service mindset

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years of experience at same position.
- Hard-working and high responsibility.
- Knowledge of contact center & quality assurance task.
- Good English communication skills.
