Import - Export Document : 04 Persons (01 Manager + 03 Staff) - Salary Negotiation

- Check the shipment plan
-Checking all of Document before submit it to Forwarder / buyer
- Sending confirmed documents to factory EXIM TEAM
- Making First sale invoice, or full sets of shipping document (If needed)
- Payment process : Sending payement EDI, Sending E-INVOICE
- work on all payment proces through system operation
- Check the updated shipment details and documents in Sircle.
- Relevant job would be assigned

*RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

- English fluency : Speaking, Listening, reading and writing
- Graduate University
- Have experience working in Import - Export garment company would be useful
- Good negotiation skill
